This rating is purely based on rainfall, and makes the assumption that if it rains, people are more likely to go shopping indoors, rather than pursue outdoor activities.

A green rating between 7 and 10 indicates a good day for indoor shopping due to rain.

An orange rating between 4 and 6 indicates okay condition for shopping with possble showers.

A red rating between 1 and 3 suggests less chance of people shopping due to good weather with the odd light shower at most.
